Our shipping costs are weight‑dependent, please refer to the table below for the exact amounts.

Delivery Times
If no other time frame is specified in the individual offer, delivery within Germany will take 2‑4 business days. International deliveries will take 5‑7 business days after contract conclusion (or at the date of your payment instruction if pre‑payment has been agreed).
Note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
For individual items, shipping costs may differ from those listed above due to their nature; this is indicated separately on each product page.
If deliveries are sent to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply that we cannot control and which you will have to cover. These can include bank transfer fees (e.g., remittance fees, currency conversion charges) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs tariffs).

Information on Delivery Date Calculation
The delivery period starts the day after a pre‑payment by bank transfer has been authorized or, for other payment methods, the day after contract conclusion, and ends at the end of the last day of that period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in the delivery location, the following business day is used instead.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the overall shipping time for the batch will be the longest individual delivery time among the ordered items.
Payment Information
Pre‑payment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account using the reference number provided. We will send you our bank details and the correct payment reference separately via e‑mail during checkout.
PayPal
A few simple steps to pay:
- Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
- You will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment.
- If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If not, you can create an account before confirming. For PayPal Direct Debit, PayPal Credit Card and PayPal Invoice payments, creating an account is not required.
- You will then be redirected back to us.
